I’ve spent the better part of a week trying to come up with the words that would match these images, and it’s been a losing proposition.  What can one say about such a beautiful location that would do it justice? What can one say about a couple so warm, generous, and fun to be around that would get the point across to the reader?  What can one write about a family and friends that welcomed us as one of their own?  Add to that having our dear friend, and absolute master photographer Huy Nguyen shoot the wedding with us and it was just the most perfect day.

The morning started off like every other morning we had experienced in Seattle that week: dreary.  But by an hour into shooting the clouds broke and for the first time in four days we were bathed in brilliant, warm sunlight.

Everything we saw made our jaws drop. The amazing water of the Puget Sound, the towering Redwood trees, the rocky beaches; it was a truly amazing experience to shoot out of our element!
